Bloq Quantum Enters Turkey With MIUUL Training Partnership
Bloq Quantum, a quantum software company, is entering the Turkish market through a training partnership with MIUUL, a technology-education company based in Turkey. Under the deal, MIUUL becomes an official Bloq training partner and will fold Bloq’s enterprise quantum platform into its Quantum Machine Learning bootcamp, starting with the next cohort. Students in MIUUL’s advanced technology and data science programs will get hands-on access to the software.
What the Bloq-MIUUL partnership includes
According to the July 17 press release, the arrangement is a curriculum integration rather than a commercial or technical milestone. MIUUL will use Bloq’s data-to-deployment platform to give students practice building and running quantum machine learning workflows, and positions itself as a regional hub for quantum upskilling. Bloq CEO Sreekuttan L S framed it as the company’s official entry into Turkey and a way to prepare local data scientists to work with enterprise quantum tools.

The release did not disclose financial terms, how many students are involved, or details of what the platform actually does beyond moving projects from data to deployment.
Why quantum companies are investing in training
The logic follows a wider theme in quantum: the shortage is not only in hardware but in people who can use it, so companies are seeding their tools into training programs early to build a base of developers. Turkey’s growing developer and deep-tech scene is the market Bloq is targeting.
Two things are worth reading plainly. Quantum machine learning, the use of quantum computing to try to improve machine learning, is still an active research area whose advantage over classical methods is unproven, so “real-world workflows” is the goal, not a settled result. And phrases like “leading provider” and graduates ready “from day one” are the companies’ own framing. Bloq is a low-profile firm, and the deal reads as an early education play rather than evidence of scale.
