OTC Firm Two Hands Opens Beta for Quantum Simulator

Two Hands Corporation, an OTC micro-cap in the middle of renaming itself Quantum X Inc., has opened beta testing of a quantum-circuit simulator called EntangleX. The milestone is narrow, since only the software’s base user interface has gone out, to a handful of external partners, for feedback. The company’s own release stresses what this isn’t, naming no customers, revenue, pricing, or launch date.

What the EntangleX beta includes

According to the July 28 press release, after a round of internal testing, EntangleX’s interface is now with selected partners who will evaluate the interface, circuit-building workflow, stability, and results display in their own environments. The company, which trades as TWOH on OTC Markets, says it completed a corporate name change to Quantum X Inc. and has started the FINRA process for a new name and ticker, though until that clears it keeps the old name and symbol. It expects to add further features later in 2026, subject to resources and to the feedback this beta produces. The release states plainly that the beta is not a commercial launch. The rebrand rides a wave of investor appetite for quantum names, though the companies drawing real market attention, like the one that recently rang the Nasdaq bell, tend to be much further along than a beta interface.

Why this is an early software milestone

EntangleX runs on conventional GPUs, and the company is upfront that it is not a physical quantum computer and offers no quantum speedup. It models how quantum circuits would behave. Simulating circuits on classical machines is well-trodden ground, handled by widely used tools like IBM’s Qiskit and NVIDIA’s cuQuantum, much of it free and open-source, so an early beta of a simulator interface is a modest step rather than a differentiated product.

Even bespoke simulation efforts tend to be more advanced, like QPerfect’s software twin of a real French quantum machine or NVIDIA’s open-source GPU decoder, and the pitch to researchers and educators overlaps with established software-and-training routes such as Xanadu’s PennyLane work with Lockheed Martin. Classical simulation stays genuinely useful in research, as with a recent qubit designed entirely in simulation, but that’s a different exercise from shipping a beta interface.

One point to avoid confusion: this OTC company’s new “Quantum X Inc.” name is separate from Quantum X Labs, the Nasdaq-listed firm behind the QECCT error-correction decoder. The two are unrelated.
